    Welcome to Los Pinos 22C, a spacious and beautifully updated mountain retreat hosted by Great Western Lodging in Breckenridge, Colorado. This airy three-bedroom condo features vaulted ceilings, radiant heated flooring, stylish new plank flooring, and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxing after a day of mountain adventure. The open-concept living area offers a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering with family and friends. The luxurious primary suite features a second gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub, creating a peaceful private retreat. Guests will also enjoy two private balconies offering fresh alpine air and scenic mountain surroundings year-round. With thoughtful updates, spacious living areas, and premium amenities, this condo delivers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for your Breckenridge getaway.

    Guests at Los Pinos enjoy access to the community outdoor hot tub as well as the nearby Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located at 450 Village Road, just a two-minute drive away. The condo also features a private heated garage, private entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, and convenient access to shuttle routes and nearby ski lifts.

    Ideally located between Peaks 8 and 9, this condo offers quick access to skiing, snowboarding, ski school, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and year-round outdoor recreation. Main Street Breckenridge is just a short walk away, offering restaurants, shopping, breweries, entertainment, and local events throughout every season.

This is a great condo, and having a garage for the car was really nice. Very clean, fully appointed and fabulous location for getting to Beaver Run. One block off of the Yellow shuttle line as well. In 15 years of coming to Breck, this was one of the best places we have had.

Great views near main street

The views amd the 3 bed 3 bath layout is great for girl trip. Just note there are stairs! Easy access to the free buses to get around if you dont feel like driving too. It was an excellent choice for our trip.

Excellent Stay

Very nice condo! Clean, comfortable and close to slopes. Nice amenities including heated floors, heated garage, multiple fireplaces and a whirlpool tub. Nicely decorated and well stocked. A total gem.

Great location and spaxe

Loved staying at this location. Very close to Blue Sky ski rental and snowflake lift. Very spacious. Had access to upper village pool / hot tubs. Los Pinos hot tub didn’t work well as the only negative from the experience.

In Town for a Conference

The property was great for housing a group of coworkers for a conference. Perfect location to go back and forth to Beaver Run Conference Center. Management company was very pleasant to speak to about a maintenance issue that didn't bother us. There is a 1 car garage on the ground, with a parking spot in front of it. Entrance is up one full flight of stairs. Would definitely stay again!

Heated floors were nice

Close to everything, but not ski in/ski out. Only complaints were:1. Water pressure in kitchen sink was not very good.2. Only one tv for the whole house. It was in the living room and was an older roughly 39" tv.

It’s all downhill from here 40!!!

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday skiing in Breckenridge, CO. The check in and hot process was beyond convenient and accommodating as part of our group arrived before us. The instructions for the condo were easy to understand and follow. The use of the heated garage to store our ski equipment was crucial during the cold weather and keeping the snow out of the condo. Recommendations would be to swap out some of the older electric sockets or provide power strips in the bedrooms. Some of our chargers fell out of the electric sockets. We would also consider swapping the wooden chair out in the living room, it’s extremely uncomfortable after a long day of skiing. But overall the condo was amazing and we will definitely stay here again in the future if our travels bring us back to Breckenridge.
