Significant construction (7am–7pm, 6 days/week) at an adjacent site is expected until summer 2027. River Ridge claimed no confirmed schedule was available at booking or arrival, and as the construction is off-property, they would not offer compensation or release from the rental agreement. We left three days early. Reception confirmed construction had been known about and a previous review evidenced it. I do not accept that River Ridge was unaware; this material fact was omitted. The property advert has since been updated. We did not get to enjoy the mountain views or private deck. The apartment is well located but not a true penthouse—drawers are unstable, the headrest is damaged, the kettle is missing a knob (causing a burn), a glass was chipped, and the toilet brush broke. Most lampshades are misaligned, and the bathroom sink takes forever to get hot. “Full use” of One Ski Hill Place is inaccurate; luggage storage was refused. Early check-in was however allowed, the apartment did not appear clean. Towels & linen were clean, but the sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. Overall, this was the poorest value of any Breck apartment I have stayed in

Amazing location, condo in great condition and well stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and using the ski valet made everything so easy. Highly recommend

Overall, fantastic unit at One Ski Hill. We loved the distant Mountain View, appreciated the welcome gifts, and were glad for the plentiful supplies provided. We also liked that there were 2 thermostats in the unit - the main bedroom has its own thermostat which is useful for our family. We enjoyed the amenities such is indoor pool, bowling, and pool table. Disappointed that one ski hill no longer serves a continental breakfast. But there is an a la carte menu. Things to note about the unit, humidifiers are not provided. The bed in the main bedroom is hard. If that’s an issue for you too, you may want to consider stopping at Walmart in Frisco on the way in and buying an egg crate for a few bucks - well worth it!

Geeat stay, the only downsides were that the microwave was missing the turntable inside, and the master bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and noisy when you turned. Otherwise everything was great, i still think this was the nicest place that we have stayed in so far, 5 stars for sure

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge and we could not have asked for a more perfect location to stay! This unit was well stocked with all basic amenities and was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Pent House

Property was gorgeous. Our balcony over looked the mountains and provided the most insane sunrise pictures. The property itself was very beautiful. The shuttles, gondola was right on the property which made it so nice to use for trips to the town. Totally recommend!

As the season-long pack mule for a family of 5 the ski valet service felt very decadent, but oh so awesome to simply boot up, walk out, and have my skis at the ready and steps from a lift. The unit was perfect. Comfortable beds, gracious spaces, and for once a kitchen that had everything. Views are amazing, loved the balcony, fireplace was great.Wish the outdoor hot tub was available, but these things happen, and the indoor pool, hot tub, and spas were awesome. I mean, really, how cool to hang in a hot tub and watch the snow cats trundle by as they groomed for the next day.Heated parking might sound unnecessary, but oh so nice to get in a warm and clean car when running into town. I think my Jeep got a little spoiled.Concierge was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our party was a family of 5, with kids ages 15, 13, and 10. We're not fussy, at all. But it was soooo nice to be able to take a break, and if the younger kids were done for the day, to be able to leave them playing Monopoly by the fireplace while the rest of us skied our faces off on Peak 7.Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy. As an IT and systems guy I'm picky. I can't remember any pain points. Very smooth.Thank you for a fantastic stay.
