  • Pemberley är en vacker, rymlig, privata hem i Warriors Mark West-området i Breckenridge. Omgiven av miljoner dollar + hem är Pemberley utformad för att rymma tio till fjorton gäster bekvämt. Huset är professionellt inredda och i ursprungligt skick.

    Skidåkning är bara några minuter från ytterdörren via Burro Trail, en skid- och vandrings tillgång väg. Denna väg leder till Peak 9 Beaver Run stollift. Ski-in från Flapjack bort av Peak 10. Ski-in rekommenderas för erfarna skidåkare. Andra kan välja att ta en gratis buss, som stannar precis uppe på gatan, eller parkerar vid gondolen i staden.

    Denna fyra sovrum hem har två vackert inredda master sviter, alla med en sittgrupp, stort badrum med bubbelbadkar, separat dusch, och dubbla handfat. Den stora rum har ett välvt tak, mossa sten vedeldad spis, gott om sittplatser och en varm, mysig atmosfär. Ved finns i garaget. En av sofforna i vardagsrummet förvandlas till en dubbelsäng, vilket leder till en mysig kväll med den öppna spisen brinner. Köket är fullt utrustad med alla apparater och bekvämligheter som behövs för din gourmetmat.

    Den övre nivån sovrummet har en king size säng. Den första våningen sovrummet har två queen-size sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med en rulla säng under. Den fjärde sovrummet har våningssängar med en rulla säng.

    Inge pole tallar omger en ny oversize badtunna (säten 10), dining set och grill gasgrill ligger på akterdäck.

The host was very professional and had great communication. House is very spacious, has everything needed for a large group. It’s not exactly ski in and ski out, but it is a good location with a shuttle to the slopes.

Beautiful home well-equipped with a fantastic fireplace and plenty of logs.

Lovely neighborhood and well-kept home. We had 10 adults and two children and everyone had plenty of space and sleeping areas. Highly recommend this home very close to Main Street.

Nice property.

We had a great time. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice big dinning room table, clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Also seeing three moose and a fox was very exciting for the grandkids.

Wonderful time at the Pemberley!

We came to Breckenridge for a ski trip and had such a good time. From the closeness to shuttle stops, to the ski in and out trail that brought us to the base of peak 9, we had ourselves a blast. The house was cozy and inviting for all guests. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!!

Christmas week in Breckenridge

The home was a good as advertised. Had everything that we needed and property manager was always responsive and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 on the location question above was the inclined curved driveway which complicated backing out. But overall a great stay.

Great Place

The place was great for six adults. Plenty of room! We decided to drive to the Gondola to go skiing. If you ask the attendant for the "word of the day" your parking will be half price.

The measuring stick for any future stays!

This stay was as good as it gets. It was in perfect condition from top to bottom. Everything needed was there including chopped firewood for the fires; directions on where things are; how to manage other matters; and even people coming to clean off the sidewalks around the home. Absolutely great communications during the stay and far more than we expected. I can't remember ever having a better place to stay.

Ski escape

Went with my partner and friends for a ski trip in Breck, was looking for a quiet place to rest after long days on the mountain and we found just that. The property is well maintained and very clean. The wood fireplace was stocked and ready to use which was wonderful. We also enjoyed an evening soak in the hot tub after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need, made cooking our own meals so easy. Owners were so responsive to any questions and/or needs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home !

Very nice home!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, 2 living areas, nice kitchen and large dining table. The two Master bedroom suites were great. One on the main floor and one upstairs with 2 more bedrooms. The garage is difficult to get in if there is snow and the driveway gets packed down with snow and ice and can be quite slippery along with the front steps.

Lacking on key aspects

The beds were not very comfortable.This place is not really ski in ski out as advertised. Can only ski out if the flat trail is sufficiently packed down. Ski in isnt even possible with Cimarron permanently closed and mustang typically closed off.

Great Ski Cabin

The ski in Ski Out portion of this property really only applies to very skilled skiers. We mainly took the shuttle to and from peak 9 base. If you're a beginner and are expecting to be able to ski to and from this location, it won't work out. Other than that, this property is beautiful and in a really great neighborhood. The garage and driveway are big and able to hold cars.

Fantastic House

This property was exactly as advertised and is highly recommended. The house is very clean and spacious (the online photos do not do it justice in terms of size). Hot tub worked perfectly, love the bonus room between the garage and kitchen, and two wood burning fireplaces (with a ton of extra firewood in the garage) was the icing on the cake. Ski out (to the slopes) was doable via the walk down the street and then hitting the mostly downhill Burro trail. Ski in (back the house) was doable until you get out of the woods and have to find your way back to the Burro Trail and then uphill for a bit. Overall a great property and would highly recommend.

Love, love the house

we loved the house/accommodations and the managers of the property were very attentive, but unfortunately they had to keep bringing us supplies that were not in the home. (paper, towels, dishwasher soap, And laundry soap, I think it was a cleaning crew issue and not stocked properly..

Skiing stay

Overall the property was a great place to stay with a very large house! The property was listed as ski-in ski-out, but realistically was not without a large amount of walking and additionally a very high ski level. When we showed up the hot tub hadn't been on for a couple of days. It was a little frustrating that after calling the owner and reaching the property manager at 3pm, I had to push the team to get someone out that night to work on the hot tub although that was a key selling point of us choosing the listing.
