  • Från det ögonblick du anländer kommer du att känna bekvämligheten och värmen hos ett lyxigt stadshus med 3 sovrum, 3. 5 bad. Stadsbostaden erbjuder skid-in / ski out tillgång på en grön körning (Snowflake Run) som tar dig direkt till Snowflake Lift. Under skidsäsongen ger Snowflake Lift tillgång till både Peak 8 och Peak 9 för några fantastiska skidåkning. Sommartid erbjuder sina egna unika upplevelser. Börja ditt angrepp på berget vid Snowflake trailhead, ta ungarna fiske på den närliggande sågverk reservoaren, eller bara njut av fantastiska utsikter och den kalla bergsluften. För djurliv älskare är det inte ovanligt att se räv och jävla älg precis utanför på skidbackarna, men hemmet ligger bara 5 kvarter från downtown restauranger, festivaler, gallerier och shopping längs Main Street, Breckenridge. Det finns också en gratis busshållplats bara två kvarter från fastigheten så ett fordon krävs inte om du inte vill ha en. Hemmet är perfekt för flera par och perfekt för ett par familjer (med så många som 6 barn) som vill komma undan i Breckenridge!

Great place to stay and great location! Everything you would ever need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub was hot and clean. Easy walk over to Snowflake lift. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from hosts.

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We had a wonderful time in Breck over Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our family. It was exactly as listed and clean as can be. Access to the garage was so handy. Although only a few runs were open, we skied every day with our grandchildren. Great location for skiing even when you couldn’t ski in due to lack of snow. We loved our stay!

The rental company was excellent as they reached out during our stay if there was anything needed. We didn’t really have any but wanted to mention for the next guest to provide some dish towels and a single serve coffee maker. Pleasantly surprised that within a few hours they both were delivered. We would definitely rent from them again.

Best vacay!

This property is PERFECT. You are steps from the lift. You are very close to downtown and shops. You can easily walk to everything. BUT if your legs are tired from skiing like ours were…you are steps from the bus stop. The bus comes by every 15 minutes. This place is literally in the perfect location. The condo is so nice and has everything you need for your stay. We give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owners need to replace all mattresses! Too nice a place to ignore the issue.

For such a nice home, the owners must replace all of the mattresses in the future and we would not rent again without having that confirmation. The property is a very nice townhome with a good layout.Having two "den" areas allows for space for children and adults and in general more personal space. Kitchen is very well stocked and the grill is in good shape. The hottub was enjoyable and the property managers were very attentive and advised us in advance when they needed to enter the property. The location is ski in ski out to Snowflake lift. I hope the owners will take heed as the mattress isssue has been mentioned in other earlier reviews as well.

Reviewer Comments: Location of unit is fantastic although like anyone it would be great to be on a slope that does not require polling (first world problems). Unit is perfectly outfitted...in great shape, maintained well. Another first world problem...three levels which means two of the bedrooms require more stairs...difficult for older folks or disabled. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Summer Vacation

The Ski Chalet was overall a great place to stay. Very close to everything in Breckenridge and a great hiking trail. The place needs some updates and some easy things to make the stay more enjoyable. For example, almost every window treatment was broken therefore you couldn't fully close them... this was frightening for the kids and uncomfortable sleeping/waking up. the linen could also be refreshed starting with the towels. The couches also could use a fresher smell (stale). I would recommend this place however, for families wanting convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the first week in April. The location was great, unfortunately the lack of snow this year made snowflake lift challenging to get to and Four O'clock run was closed so we weren't able to utilize the ski in/ski out of this rental. That was not the fault of the owners at all, but still disappointing since we paid a lot more for this place due to it's location. If the snow had been more like normal April in Breck, the location would have been awesome for skiers. The place was very clean, and a great location. Walk to downtown was straight downhill and pretty short, we usually bussed the way back to the condo from town because it was very uphill and we had some people not used to the high altitude. It was a nice touch to have shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, detergent, etc. provided. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, tupperware and all non-food items that allowed us to do cooking. The garage is small when a car is parked inside, and entry way is narrow, however, we were able to put snow boots on outside the front door by staggering 2 people at a time. Lots of hooks and benches in the entryway. The hot tub was awesome to have, but the buttons were really worn so we weren't able to adjust jets or anything. Also, it was a little challenging that the only access to the hot tub was through one of the carpeted bedrooms. I would recommend maybe a indoor/outdoor runner in the bedroom to protect the cream carpet since so many people were walking through the room to and from the hot tub, I was constantly having to remind people to lay a towel out on the floor for dirty/wet feet. Garage also sometimes wouldn't close the first time (seemed like the alignment was maybe off slightly?), but it always did the second time so it wasn't really a problem. Overall this place was super clean, great location if your trip to Breck involves skiing for the ski in/ski out experience. We'd highly recommend!
