Throw in a high-end townhome with all the amenities – including a private hot tub – and you’ve got the perfect mountain retreat. And in the summer, hiking the Snowflake trail, fishing at nearby Sawmill Reservoir, or viewing wildlife on the ski runs. Your family and friends will love you for finding this place!

Saddlewood Snowbird Townhome is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that works perfectly for families and groups of up to 10 people. And with three bedrooms and bathrooms on three different levels, it’s great for multiple couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, and a vaulted ceiling and large windows for a bright, open feel. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one driveway space, a full-size washer/dryer in the home, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Great location and very comfortable beds, even the sofa beds! Very good response time from host. Could use pan and skillet upgrades in kitchen as well as place mats and other essentials. We found the fire alarm to be very sensitive when using the oven. The heated garage was great for taking off our ski gear and getting ready in the morning. Note that extra long SUVs (ie Ford Expedition Max) will not fit in garage. We very much appreciated the humidifiers and fans!

Great Getaway

Nice late season skiing at Breck.

Spent a week over my kids spring break skiing at Breckenridge. Home was well appointed with high end appliances and nice amenities. Well supplied with linens and basic paper products/toiletries. Snowflake lift/run access just across the street. Garage key pad access was malfunctioning a little bit while we were there but property manager was extremely responsive and there was a back-up key.

Wonderful ski week with Family

Perfect ski vacation

Unit was very clean and management was very responsive and easy to contact. We would stay here again. Only issue with our unit was the Snowflake slope is pretty flat coming back down from the base of Peak 9.

Family get away

Property was great. House was well put together. The ski in/ski out was great but a lot of traversing and hard with little kids. Not a bad thing against the property but if you’re going to ski without poles it’ll be hard to get back to. Would def go back.

Annual Breck stay

Property was clean, spacious with very comfy beds after a hard day of skiing. Private hot tub especially nice. Super easy to ski out to Snowflake lift. A little lengthy but very doable walk to town. Skiing in was more difficult due tot he necessary polling but again doable. Highly recommend this property. We go every year and will stay here again! Has everything you need!

Nice place good location to the snowflake ski lift. Place was as described. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The memory foam was not described in the ad, had we known our stay may have been somewhere else. Also, the single travel sized bottle of shampoo per bathroom for 6 people for a week stay was aggravating. It only made it through one day.

Summer in Breck is amazing!

Our family of 5 visited this summer (kids aged 13, 11, 8) and had a great time. Pros: We loved this location, walk right out to one of the best hiking trails in Breck, super convenient to downtown, garage included, hot tub (kids loved!), Kitchen well equipped (we do a lot of cooking at home!), great start-up supplies in kitchen, plenty of towels, beds comfortable, appreciated the fans and humidifiers in each room, plenty of towels/wash clothes. Challenges: First, let me say that all of these are still serviceable. . . that's why I gave 4/5 stars. None of these are deal breakers. 1. No gas grill. We like to cook outside so we had to adjust our cooking to reflect. 2. Many of the pans are quite aged and should be replaced soon. No biggie but had some culinary challenges! 3. I'll never understand why there aren't ceiling fans in every bedroom in Breck but seems to be the theme. Each room had a floor-level fan which was OK but would prefer ceiling.4. The property is 3 levels so make sure that your guests have no issues going up/down frequently. In any case, service was outstanding. . . frequent updates and check ins. Very positive experience. Check-in and Check-out was seamless.

Perfect Ski in/out

Myself and three others stayed at the townhome. Could easily fit six. The Snowflake lift is about a two minute walk down a small hill. There are two ways to ski back to the condo if you do your research on the trail map. Would absolutely stay here again. Had a blast. All amenities worked perfectly and the town is a short walk away.
