Perfect Recharge Vacation in Breckenridge

The views from Shadow Ridge were incredibly beautiful. Due to how nicely this oasis is appointed, we brought several things we didn’t need. It was just our four person family so we were able to really spread out and get some rest, relaxation and recreation in. Great location, very quiet. Loved watching the snowcats groom runs at night and checked out the stars. Excellent all around.

Amazing home for families

The house was very clean and comfortable. The two living areas were great for kids and adults to have their own space, yet large enough to bring all together when eating, playing cards, etc. Bedrooms were well sized and beds very comfortable. Lots of hooks to hang our ski clothes and towels (in bathroom and hot tub area). Since we cooked in for dinner most nights, we wished that there were more serving bowls/platters for our group. Other than that, the home was amazing and would definitely recommend!

Great Place/Great Location

This property is in the mountains, 10-15 minutes away from downtown Breckinridge and Lifts and that's with ice and snow on the road. We had a big group, 6 Adults and 5 Kids all 7 and under. The kids loved the downstairs hang out room with huge TV and access to the hot tub. The parents loved the lay out. Waking up in the mourning and looking out the windows to mountains with snow on them is an amazing way to start the day. Place is Top Notch and I highly recommend this place. Thanks again.

Our travel party consisted of 2 families (2 parents, 2 children/teen). There was more that enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. This home is minutes from Breck as well as Frisco so you have a variety of restaurants and stores to choose from.The home is very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Pinnacle Mgt is always great to work with on our vacations. They are quick to respond and check in on you to ensure everything is to your liking. They also make the check in/checkout process very easy. Overall we HIGHLY recommend this rental for your visit to Colorado.

Amazing house and location!

We loved our time at this house! Things our 3rd year taking our kids skiing in Breck with other family members and this house has been the best location yet. It’s about a 5 min drive to the Gondola parking lot which is super convenient. It’s also super close to Alpine Skiis where we do ski rentals as well as the grocery store. The house was perfect for 4 kids and 5 adults with plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone. It’s hard to tell from the pics, but there are actually two bunk areas with 4 bunks each so the kids could spread out too. The hot tub has an amazing view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and gadgets you will need. My only tiny complaint is that the pantry did not have any spices or cooking oils other than salt and pepper. In other properties we’ve stayed at usually there are more items like that. Not a deal breaker by any means, just good to know if you stay there and plan to cook. Overall would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again. Property manager was very responsive via text the entire time as well.

The views were amazing and the location was perfect, it is in the mountains but close enough to town to have the best of both worlds. We saw two moose across the way off the balcony and the stars were gorgeous sitting in the hot tub.

The video game downstairs was a major hit with the kids and the location was very convenient. The rental company was fabulous! I would rent from them again and appreciated their honest advice and how easy it was to get in touch with them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed here during the first week of August with a total of 12 people (3 couples and 6 kids). The home is well located in a mountainside neighborhood (would possibly need 4-wheel drive in winter) just to the north of Breckenridge. It is a 9 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola parking lots which have plenty of parking during the summer months and a 15 minute drive to Frisco. The house was very clean and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The house was well stocked with enough kitchen items to prepare and eat meals. There was 1 dishwasher pod for each day of our stay and 1 kitchen garbage bag for each day (this was the only item we had to provide since our large group used more than 1 bag a day). The coffee maker made both pots of drip coffee and could make single cups using k-cups (though the k-cup maker was somewhat inconsistent). They provided one small pack of coffee that would be enough for a couple cups so you will need to provide your own coffee. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional 8 beds in the 2 separate bunk rooms. With the pull out couch in the basement, there are beds for 16. Overall, we had a great stay without any major issues and we would definitely recommend this location to any other large groups.
