Tremendous house. Great location and superbly outfitted. Everything you would need and more. Cozy feel but a ton of room. Great fireplaces, hot tubs, grill, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The communication, check in, check out etc was top notch and so thorough. A wonderful experience and we highly recommend this property.

Great Ski Trip

This home is perfectly set up for a large family and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay again. Property management company did a great job in communication and helping with the couple of things we needed. 5 stars all the way around.

Nice place…

My family and I always rent a ski in/ski out the week after Christmas. We decided to try Breckenridge this year. The home served a group ages 12-68 well. The beds were nice and having plenty of bathrooms was a plus. Definitely served its purpose for our family!

Our group was very comfortable during our stay, and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. I would recommend future guest take note of the kitchen stocked items before purchasing groceries. We had quick effective interaction with the staff, when one of the bathrooms needed service. The ski route back to house had some flat segments but overall was excellent. With groups its always nice for people to have the option to go off and do their own thing.We would love to stay at this location again in the future.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We asked for a clothes airer to dry clothes and some more washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets as the bottle of dishwashing liquid was miniature. Those small requests were declined which surprised us for this level and cost of property. They would have been easy and cheap things to provide and despite the messages asking if there was anything Pinnacle could help with they were denied. That was disappointing. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the property and the property information, check in and check out were great.

Management company was very responsive. However, labeling home as a "ski in ski out" residence was a far fetch. You have the choice of climbing up an approximate 20 foot embankment to the ski run OR you could walk down the down road to a trail that would lead you to the run that would take you down to the Snowflake lift. Coming back to the house required a tremendous amount of polling. While there is not much snow this season, I would imagine the more snow the harder it would be to access the home from the ski trail. We had to resort to having one of our guests who was not skiing drive us down to the lift. The home, while comfortable, had some challenges which could have been avoided with proper check in information. It took over 8 hours to heat the home due to radiant heat; management company should turn up the heat anticipating arrival. One of the dryers was not working, multiple remote units made it a challenge to work the TV's, no information was provided on how to use the sound system, stream showers and outdoor jacuzzi. We had issues with the garage door not closing and the kitchen faucet freezing. There is no formal dining room/table which was disappointing considering he size of the home. Not to mention there are so many stairs that the home should have at least have a service elevator to accommodate the luggage and groceries. While the home is beautiful, due to multiple challenges we would not feel comfortable recommending it to other renters.

The furniture in the common areas is dated and in need of upgrade, and the house needs to be cleaned better. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and there were beer cans and water bottles left in various places around the property, and that, combined with dust bunnies under all of the beds left us feeling less than confident about the overall cleanliness of the property. The management company had the cleaners come out to clean those areas again, but that shouldn’t be required when you’re paying almost $20,000 for 5 days. There should also be enough shampoo, etc. for more than one night. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of good dishes, cooking supplies, etc. and the humidifiers in the closets were really helpful and appreciated.

Fantastic ski retreat.

Our families had an amazing time at the Sky Bridge Lodge. The home was well maintained and right on the trail. One of the dishwashers was leaking when we arrived, and could not be fixed until after the holiday weekend, which certainly happens and was a minor inconvenience. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, fantastic ski retreat.

good for a big party but not ski in/out

We had a great time catching up with friends at ski bridge lodge. The property has a large and comfortable living space suitable for hosting lots of people and and there is a decent sonos system throughout. The two master suites are comfortable and a good size. Overall the property could do with a refurb in some places, particularly the basement level. We would not recommend it for families with smaller children as the bunk rooms are a long way away from the master bedrooms. The real disappointment in the property was its ski in/out credentials. The property management company will not give you a key to the property with all property access through the garage via the keypad. There is no way from the garage round to the ski slope - a simple key for the back door of the lodge would sort this.
