Loft:
- Loft: 3 twin beds, overlooking living room (sleeps 3).

Upper Level:
- King Master Suite: King bed, private balcony, private bathroom w/ shower/tub combo (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 2: King bed, sitting chair (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 3: (2) twin beds, sitting chair (sleeps 2).

Main Level:
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Business and Occupational License #BCA-72379
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Dog friendly, 1 dog max 60lbs weight limit – $50 per night pet fee.
- A $500 damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total - guests do not have access to the garage.
- Please Note: A four-wheel drive vehicle is required November through May.
