  • Starwood vid dilemma ligger i den fridfulla stadsdelen Timber Creek Estates. Bara 8 minuter (5 miles) från centrala Breckenridge, är detta lugn, asfalterade stadsdel perfekt för en morgonpromenad för att ta in den fantastiska utsikt över bergen!

    När ni kommer till 3200 Yta m lyxiga duplex hem, hittar du granen inramade syn på 14.265 'Mt. Dilemma välkomna dig "hem" till Colorado!

    Det välvda taket stora rum har trägolv och en gas spis skapar en mysig miljö för avkoppling och titta på tv, läsa en god bok eller tittar på snö faller på ett vintrigt dag ute på däck som är värd badtunnan, gasgrill och utemöbler under sommarmånaderna. Att ha ett öppet koncept entréplan finns en matplats och en bar samt en granitbänk kök med rostfria / elektriska apparater alla bekvämt tillsammans för familjen njutning.

    Förutom entréplan stora rummet är den nedre spelrum (man grotta), som har ett biljardbord, Ms. Pacman maskin, poker / spelbord, darttavla, popcorn maskin, kabel-tv, stereo och en full bar.

    Designern möblerat hem har två master sovrum (TV i både) - en på entréplan (fem bit badrum med bubbelbad) och en på bottenvåningen (med ånga / bastu dusch med plats för upp till 4 personer).

    Den övre våningen loft (med drottning utdragbar) erbjuder en tv / dvd och är inställd för Wii. Båda sovrummen på andra våningen har en drottning säng med en suite badrum. Ytterligare en halv bad ligger på bottenvåningen.

    Den uppvärmda garaget har parkering för en bil och en "föränderliga område" som inkluderar torkar för 10 par stövlar eller handskar. Det finns parkering för upp till fyra ytterligare bilar på asfalterad uppfart.

    Avbeställningsregler: Resenärer som avbokar minst 90 dagar före incheckningen kommer tillbaka 100% av de pengar som tidigare betalats. Avbokningar mindre än 90 dagar är föremål för att ägarna kan omboka fastigheten.

Nice house, plenty of room for our family of 7. Only 5.8 miles from the drop off location for skiing so it was about a 10 to 13 minute drive. The hot tub and pool table were great. We used the hot tub and played pool almost every night. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Place for Winter Getaway!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at this luxury duplex in Blue River. The view was spectacular, the location was convenient, & the condo was well furnished & very clean. We look forward to the next ski trip and staying here again!

Blue River Lodge

Beautiful, quiet, comfy mountain lodge in Blue River. The lower-level game room and hot tub got a lot of use on our trip. The bedrooms each having their own bathrooms was also very nice. All second to the view of Quandry Peak and the snowy pine trees out the windows. The hosts were as good as it gets when it comes to rental properties.

Our Trek to Breck

This is a beautiful home that has everything you need to have a wonderful summer vacation. The house was spotless and well apportioned. The neighborhood secure and the quiet. As close to perfect as you could get.

Awesome ski getaway!

The house was clean, spacious, and well decorated! The hot tub on the deck was a huge bonus to be able to see the kids from the main family room and kitchen area. Tons of space for our group of 9. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely come back!

This property was so much more amazing than what was seen and described on Vrbo. Absolutely incredible. Best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. It has everything. Meticulous labeling and instructions made everything easy to find and use. Beautiful interior and exterior. Amenities are high quality also.

Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. Plenty of room for our adult children, their spouses and kids to feel comfortable. Loved the open main living room, dining area, and kitchen. The table with the bench seating was perfect for the main meal. The holiday decorations were a nice touch and the hot tub on the deck was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this house and hope to visit again in the future!

All was great with our stay! Not too far from Breck. Communication with the owners was easy. We had no issues during our 4 night stay. Nothing short of amazing

Stayed in this property with my family over Thanksgiving break 2021. It was amazing. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this felt like home. Everything is well thought out to make you feel welcomed. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners really love this property. Just outside of Breck. We will be back for sure!

Great Escape!

This property is excellent. The owners are quick to respond to communications. This is a home, unlike the companies that rent out properties this home has everything you need to immediately start enjoying your vacation. It is very well stocked with everything your own home has. It was spotless upon arrival. The views out back are wonderful while sitting in the very comfy hot tub. Breck is only a few minutes away and offers all sorts of shopping, restaurants and activities. There are many other activities within an hour of the property.

wonderful property

Awesome property. The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out for a large family. It is a little warm in the Summer, if you like to sleep cool. There is actually spices and such if you like to cook and the hot tub is amazing! We saw a Moose on day 2 just walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The location and views are magnificent especially if you are looking for peace and quiet location close to Breckenridge.

Perfection

This place is so amazing and worth every penny. The home is stocked better than any rental I’ve ever stayed in! Whatever you need, it has. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the games and pool table, the hot tub, heated floors and steam shower just to name a few! Tons is space to put your snow boots and gloves on the dryers in the garage. Perfect location close to Breckenridge but far enough away to remain peaceful. 10/10 cannot wait to return!!!

Perfect Getaway

Our group was my family of four (kiddos 7&9), my brother, friends and in-laws! The house was perfect! The boot (and glove) dryer in the garage was awesome, the heated floors were so nice! We enjoyed the hot tub a few times as well! The kitchen had all sizes of pots, pans, griddles, crockpots! We did run out of silverware after the first meal, but once we realized that, we just washed them as we used them! The house is beautiful and beds were cozy! Thank you so much for a great week!

Christmas 2023

The property was everything we had hoped for. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensil, pots/pans, & even spices. You can set the temp to each room which was nice. The only complaint we had was there is no curtains or blinds in the master bedroom. While it is above the backside neighbors house, so unlikely they could see in, the moon shined brightly into the room & it’s a little disconcerting that people could see in. But other than that we loved the place. Spent multiple nights downstairs in the game room playing pool, darts, Texas hold ‘em & board games.

Family Getaway

We have had numerous family summer trips to the Breck area and this was the best one yet. This trip included our two adult children and their fiancés. I read the impressive reviews prior to booking and all of them were true. Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Our family enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, the pool table in the man cave, the steam shower, gathering in the family room in the evening, and the one evening we cooked together in the kitchen. This was also the first time we stayed on the west side of Breck and found the location was ideal. A little more private with easy and quick access to downtown Breck. Best of all the hosts were fantastic. They were accessible, very accommodating, and go out their way to ensure you have a great experience. Thank you for sharing your home and for a wonderful visit. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Breck!

Wonderful

The house was just as listed. This was our first year to do a Christmas trip and it was great! Master bed was comfy, sleep sofas were sleeper sofas lol our kids said the other beds could have been a little more comfortable but not horrible. The house was very clean and decorated great! The owners supplied everything you could think of! I highly recommend this house! Oh and the view is breathtaking
