Our stay was great! This place is an unbelievably prime location - right across the street from the gondola and just off Main Street. The place is much bigger than shown in the pictures, too. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The private hot tub that overlooked the gondola was also a great plus for some post-mountain soaks.There were some minor issues with unclean sheets on one of the beds and wet towels left in the dryer but overall our stay was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed with River Ridge Rentals in Breckenridge for my birthday on December 24, and despite the very short notice and limited availability I gave them, I truly could not have asked for anything more. The property was beautiful with an amazing layout, a stunning kitchen, and an incredible hot tub that made the stay even more special. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola, which made everything incredibly convenient. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be revisiting this property in the future. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Thanksgiving in the Mountains

We had a terrific few days at the chalet! Location was awesome, just steps from the gondola and right on Main St walkable to shops and restaurants. Photos well represented the home. Very comfortable. And we were able to check in early and get a late checkout which was highly appreciated. Team was very responsive. Only constructive feedback is to put house numbers on the building as we inadvertently entered the wrong home as there’s no signage. And there were hardly any clothes hangers in any closets and only one throw blanket so would be nice to have several throws in the two living areas. We would love to return to this property in the future!

Great stay!

My small family and I loved the stay here. Plenty of space and outdoor areas. Two parking spots right in front of the house. The location is amazing - you can literally walk everywhere. The gondola is in your backyard and takes about 5 minutes to get to (plus it’s free). You’re surrounded by food and also have a full kitchen and fridge if you choose to stay in. The grocery store is about an eight minute walk. I would love to come back and if I do I would try to stay here again! Definitely recommend.

Great location, location, location. Would suggest placing house number/suite on outside of main and side entry doors to clarify process. Upstairs shower liner is mildewed/should be changed.

Amazing Location!!

Loved this comfy, cozy house! You cannot beat the location, walking distance to everything. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The property management was quick to respond and so easy to work with. It was perfect for our weekend trip!

Perfect location, just a few snags in our stay. We didn't have access to the hot tub. The main remote was missing to access TV options, they quickly replaced in 24hrs. The kitchen is located downstairs and it super small. Quoted having luxury high quality sheets, and they did not. Common area could use an update with more comfortable furniture, side tables and lamps, and new TV's. (table under TV was broken). Overall you can't find a better location, the owners just need to give the space a little TLC.

The furniture and carpets were stained and dirty. The kitchen and dining room was in the basement with lots of stairs...nothing in the write up about this. The bathroom toiletries were half used. Called rental company to refill and they wanted us to spend time during our vacation to have them come do a walkthru. I didn't go on vacation for that. Been to Breck several times-will never use this company again. Horrible stay!! Oh and you had to walk thru dumpsters to get to the front door. That was enjoyable too.

Breck weekend

The location was perfect. Gondola on one side and MainSt. on the other. Unit was comfortable and spacious. Check in was seamless and reps were easy to reach and quick to respond.
