Denna fjällstuga känns som hemma och ligger bara ett kvarter från Main Street och två kvarter från BreckConnect. Den har fem sovrum och tre badrum och byggdes om under 2007. Platsen är utmärkt för promenader till BreckConnect gondol, restauranger och butiker. Njut av utsikt över bergen från bubbelbadet med sex personer. En bil garage, tre bil uppfart, främre däck och inhägnad bakgård med däck.

Bottenvåningen har en öppen planlösning med den, matsal och kök utrustat för 12. Den har takhöjden, öppen spis i sten, platt-TV med kabel och DVD-spelare. Matsalen har en vägg av fönster med utsikt över bergen. Köket har soliga fönster och bänkskivor i granit. Bottenvåningen har tre sovrum och ett badrum med stall dusch. Sovrummen på denna våning inkluderar en drottning, en uppsättning våningssängar och en bäddsoffa med en rulla. Tvättstugan har en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med en king size-säng, TV, fönster med utsikt och ett master-bad med ångdusch och badkar. Det andra sovrummet har två queen-size sängar och ett privat badrum med dusch / badkar.

Great location, can’t beat it! One block off Main Street and 6 minute walk to Gondola. So nice to have driveway parking for two vehicles (can fit three) plus a garage. We didn’t use it but if you need equipment storage it’s a great place to drop everything. The ample space in the living/dining area was so nice for all the bulky winter clothing. Water heater provided ample hot showers! I didn’t realize there isn’t laundry detergent, not the host’s fault, so take some if you want to do laundry. Really great house for Breck!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best stay. The house was as described, very clean, beds were super comfortable. Our family of 5 had more than enough space, could have had another family stay. The backyard was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful property

Check in process was electronic and super easy. The home was very comfortable, well kept and well appointed. Though much larger than a cabin, it had that warm comfortable feel that a mountain cabin would have. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was in great shape with everything completely operable. House is in a great location, easy walk to the gondola and easily accessible to town. Having a garage that was capable of housing one car plus ample space for ski equipment was a wonderful bonus. Will stay there again when back in Breckenridge.

Breckenridge Treasure

Our family of 8 including children and adults enjoyed this Breckenridge hideaway in the center of town. The location is centrally located close to the Connect Gondula, restaurants and the grocery store. We did not have to use our vehicle except when we took our family on the sleigh ride at Two Below. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with every amenity we needed. The family also enjoyed the covered hot tub on several nights. And even though the house was centrally located, you felt like it was hidden in the trees and away from traffic. We will recommend this property to our friends in the future. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

A Comfortable Stay

Pamela was responsive and a great host. The home is pretty well represented in the photos on the VRBO site. The property was clean, quite, comfortable and conveniently located near the Main Street of Breckenridge.

Perfect House for families, adults or groups

Great house, beautiful open windows have awesome views of the mountains. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals. Awesome location. 5 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place Close to Main St and Gondola

We had a great stay here. The house fit 10 people comfortably, with lots of amenities (hot tub, fireplace, big dining room table, etc.). And it's a short walk to both Main Street and the Breck Connect Gondola. We would definitely stay here again.

10 out of 10!!

A group of us stayed here end of January 2025 and couldn’t have been happier. The house was spacious and nice, the kitchen was well appointed and allows us to make all of our meals each day. The house is about 7-8 blocks from the gondola (which is about 15min walk) and the town square. The host was very responsive and I look forward to booking again for next year.

Family reunion/ski vacation

So close/convenient to Breck town and gondola to ski. Wonderful large common space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor hot tub during zero degree temps was the icing on the cake.

Perfect location/well stocked

We loved our stay! We considered ski in/ski out but so glad we chose this house instead. Walking into town is minutes away. We could either walk to resort or drive and park in 5 minutes. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need. The hot tub was great and the parking proved helpful and easy!

A wonderful white Christmas!

Being from Australia, we have always dreamed of a white Christmas. I found Pam’s house as it sounded perfect for our family of 9 and when we arrived we were blown away. It was so clean, beautifully decorated, exactly how the property was described. Pam even surprised us by putting up a Christmas tree, the kids were so excited. The location was sensational! It was walking distance to Main Street, the Gondola and everything fun like Carter Park Sledding Hill. We absolutely loved our stay here, it exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful!

We were a party of four (parents, teen and grandma), and we all loved the house. The big table for dinners and puzzles; the hot tub for sore skiing muscles; the comfortable beds and soft towels; the proximity to Main Street for shopping and eating; the garage parking to keep the car snow-free, etc. The communication was top-notch too. Questions answered within minutes! We all had a great time and would stay again!

Spring Break 2024 Ski Trip

This property was everything as advertised. Walking distance to the main gondola made getting out skiing/snowboarding each day an ease. Also short walk to all the restaurants and bars on Main St. so if you do not have a car this location is perfect. We did have a few issues during our stay but communication with the property manager resolved the issue VERY quickly. Can't wait to book again. 5/5 stars!

Great place!

Enjoyed our stay. Two families with boys ages 4-17. House is ideally located to town and fairly close to the gondola. We walked a couple times to ski and dropped off a few times. House was good for our group of 10. The upstairs bedrooms worked well. Kitchen well stocked. The garage is a huge plus. Left our ski gear in there every day. Would definitely stay again. Finally, great value for Breck!
