  • Welcome to “to Huus,” a modern and stylishly furnished vacation rental in the Walle district near Verden (Aller). Accommodating up to 4 people, you’ll enjoy comfort and a magnificent view of the countryside. The spacious rooftop terrace invites you to relax, while the location offers ideal conditions for rest and relaxation, bike rides, and golf.

    The Accommodation
    The vacation rental features two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). The bright living area is equipped with a TV and a stove, making it perfect for relaxing evenings.

    The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

    A special highlight is the approximately 15 m² rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of nature—ideal for relaxing, dining, or sunbathing.

    A free parking space is available right next to the accommodation.

    You’re welcome to add bed linens and towels to your reservation for your stay. The price is 10 € per person. If you’d like this, just let us know—we’ll prepare everything for you accordingly.

    The vacation rental is located in a quiet, rural setting in the Walle district near Verden (Aller) and is ideal for those seeking relaxation, couples, families, or business travelers.

    There are numerous recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity: a golf course (1.5 km) and Magic Park Verden (7 km) are nearby, as are several trails for walking and biking through the surrounding fields and nature. Less than an hour’s drive away are the Dörverden Wolf Park (19 km), the Walsrode Bird Park (30 km), Serengeti Park (40 km), and Heidepark Soltau (47 km).

    Despite its quiet location, the property is very well connected: The highway and the nearest supermarket are about a 4-minute drive away.

    The Hanseatic city of Bremen offers an extensive shopping experience, for example at the Weserpark (24 km) or in the picturesque Old Town (35 km).

    You’ll also be well taken care of when it comes to dining—several restaurants and places to eat are nearby, and some are within walking distance.

    Parties or events are not permitted. We place great importance on maintaining a quiet and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

... "Willkommen to Huus" stand auf einem kleinem Zettel als wir die FeWo betraten. Schnell wurde (uns) klar dass die Worte passender nicht sein konnten.Es wurde eine sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtete & gemütliche Wohlfühloase erschaffen.Bereits mit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, nach der Buchung, hat man gemerkt dass beiden Gastgebern wirklich daran gelegen ist, dass es den Gästen gut geht, es ihnen an nichts fehlt.Kommunikation, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, ect. 5/5 mit Sternchen.Wir haben uns während des ganzen Aufenthaltes wohlgefühlt, ohne Wenn und Aber!
