“Our stay was perfect, starting with communication, spotless, decorated for FALL and it felt like we were at home! Our son’s college was 24 minutes from the house and it worked out perfect for him to come visit and us enjoy Family Weekend at the school to watch him play baseball! Our next visit will be this exact place! We hope to get to come at Christmas because we want to see how beautiful it’s decorated in Christmas! 10/10 stay! Sweetest Host! The basket of smores and apples was the best! ”

“Such a relaxing view of the woods across the street. Loved hearing all the wildlife. Enjoyed hiking the nearby woods. Close proximity to Winona Lake where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The house was very comfortable & relaxing. I would definitely rent again.”

“The house was perfect for us, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kids had room to play and it was close to parks and the zoo. Will look for this house again next year for our trip. ”

“We travel as a group to one away football game a year. With 12-14 of us, reasonably priced places to stay are hard to find. This was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. Very communicative host. It helped that our team won too! ”

“Wonderful comfortable property. Clean and was more spacious than expected. Outside deck was nice to hang out on with large backyard for privacy. Inside had comfortable couches and beds. ”
