“Wonderful property. A few pros and cons: 1) Pro: Location/view are absolutely stunning 2) Con: A bit of a mouse problem, we were cleaning up quite a bit of feces and they even ate our food. Owner is trying to remediate, hope it goes better for the next guests 3) Pro: New hot tub! The view from it can not be beat 4) FYI: Long single lane road to property. Was a bit scary around the blind corners. Still worth it.”

“Air conditioner doesn’t cool bedrooms upstairs. Guests slept in sweat. Some pots and pans need to be replaced. Exterior was covered in cobwebs. Not much room to park a boat the dock because homeowner’s boat takes up most of the dock.”

“Loved the place and Vinnie was amazing Everything we asked for, he attended to immediately. The place was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The cooking utensils could do with some updating, but it was all fine. Trader Joe’s was a mile and half away and Safeway about a mile. For some great walks go to the Briones-Mount Regional park and the Del Valle regional park. Lots to do if you don’t want to go in to San Francisco.”

“Pull into the garage - it's a tandem and fits two cars - a huge plus for us. And while there are a ton of stairs to haul luggage up and down the property is very nice. Main floor (actually the 2nd floor - garage takes up the entire first floor space) features a bedroom/bath plus kitchen and living area. The ONLY TV is on this level - it is a smart TV so you have easy access to your streaming services. Upstairs (third floor) are two bedrooms each with their own bath (super convenient - no lines,...
