“unable to contact owner when issue came up. if a kitchen is important during your stay this is probably not the place to stay”

“Rental needed cleaning upon arrival; monetary concession was made. Ant infestation in kitchen. Bought and placed ant traps. No closet for hanging clothing. No luggage racks, really too small to accommodate any. Placed our luggage on the table and couch, then there was no place to eat. Washer & Dryer were not on site; we did not call to access. Very disappointing.”

“We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. ”
