Gather for family time and relaxation in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath & 1 half bath vacation home in Brevard. This home is nestled in the trees overlooking Lake Ticoa. Walk out the backyard to the lake or to go for a hike. Trailheads for Connestee Falls trails (over 14 miles of private hiking) are steps away. This house is located 15 minutes from DuPont & Pisgah National Forests offering endless amounts of hiking, waterfalls, fishing and biking. Minutes to downtown Brevard and an hour to Asheville!

We have four bedrooms. Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. Downstairs there are two large bedrooms.
One with two queens and one with a queen and two singles. There is a full bathroom downstairs. Downstairs has a recreational room with a couch, games and a TV - it is great for kids of all ages. The upstairs living area consists of the kitchen and living room and has a 1/2 bath off the main area. There is a dining table to seat 6-8 indoors and another on the patio outdoors. There are great decks upstairs and down with nice views of the lake. We have a screened-in area on the upper deck with seating. There is also a propane gas grill. We have a garage for storage of any bikes, kayaks and paddle boards you bring with you. We offer a blow-up paddle board and floats for enjoying the lake.
