“The name of the of the property should be changed in the listing. I had a very hard time finding it because it is listed as "The St Joseph Inn & Suites" and finally found it as "The Quality Inn Hotel" after stopping and inquiring at places in the area. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. A.K. was very professional and kind.”

“Cute cabin, fully updated, dishes and linens provided, even pods for coffee maker. Only issues; next cabin renters blocked our parking, no lake views from cabins. ”

“The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!”

I would have to call sync ham directly. Which I will do. Please do not book here. People are here as if it a homeless shelter or transit hotel”

“My room was dirty bed still had old sheets not even made went to let them know right away guy came to room said he already refunded my money guy running the place said nothing he could about it but refund my money because the other hot tub room had a broken tub definitely no cares about anything I even ask if he could give me $10 off next stay he said no would not even buy me a pop so I could wait for them to clean the room he was mad like it was my falt his staff did not clean been here 20...

“Wonderful experience overall. The presentation of the codes for entry seemed backwards or worded strangely so left me a bit confused but I was able to reach help immediately! I would have liked the entry area to be lit a tad more but I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you!”

“Stayed 1 night. No complaints, breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Pool was open 10am-10pm I believe.”

“Stop advertising you have a pool when you do not. It is the only reason myself and others per the reviews have booked your hotel to start with. I drove 5 hours and booked your hotel strictly be ause of the pool. You are falsely advertising something you do not have and offering no remorse for tricking people into booking. And maybe work on the raccoon issue at night.”

“The room was dated, carpet stained, beds very uncomfortable, old TV's. The beds were too firm for us & left my husband & I in pain the next day. Only got a few hours of sleep. The staff were very helpful in getting me a chair for the shower due to my disabilities. I didn't know the room didn't have a bathtub.”
