The bustling village of Charmouth has a good range of local amenities as well as its own stretch of beach, which is popular with fossil hunters. The charming coastal town of Lyme Regis is 3 miles to the west. Here you can take boat trips from the famous ‘Cobb’, try out one of the many cafes and pubs or wander around the shops and galleries. Get active with a hike up Golden Cap and admire the stunning views or plan a walk along a section of the South West Coast Path. With good road links nearby, from here you can easily explore many attractions along the Jurassic Coast of Devon and Dorset. A short path leads from the lane to the private entrance of this detached property.

Enter a welcoming hallway with a useful utility room off to your right, equipped with a washing machine. Just next door is the stylish bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. At the end of the hallway is the striking open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. This sociable and spacious space has a lounge area to the left with a Smart TV and doors to the garden. There is ample space around the dining table and the kitchen can be found to the right, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door leads from the kitchen with a small step up into a hallway where you will find two bedrooms in a wing of the main house. There is a light and bright, ground floor king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be arranged as 2ft 6in twins on request), with a Smart TV and French doors leading out to the garden. From the shared hallway, stairs lead up to a further light and airy king-size bedroom with a picture window, views towards the sea and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms in the wing share a ground floor shower room with WC. Heading back through the lounge/kitchen/dining room and into the main entrance hallway, another set of stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a further three stylish bedrooms - 1 king-size, 1 king-size zip-and-link (which can be arranged as 2ft 6in twins on request) and a comfortable single, all with Smart TVs and distant sea views. A contemporary shower room with WC is also on this floor.

Patio doors lead from the lounge area into the garden. This fully enclosed space is mostly laid to lawn with a patio area with outdoor furniture, a further raised patio area with a gazebo, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
