STANDARD CANCELLATION

If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.



BEDDING CONFIGURATION: (sleeps 8 guests maximum)

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds



All linen and towels and provided.



LOUNGE, KITCHEN & DINING:

The heart of the home features a warm and inviting living area complete with a cosy fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.



HEATING & COOLING:

There is a fireplace in living area and split systems throughout the property including in the bedrooms.



BATHROOMS:

The main bedroom features an ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet vanity.

The main bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and a separate toilet.



LAUNDRY:

Spacious laundry with a washing machine.



PET POLICY:

3 Prices Road is NOT a pet friendly property.
