“At check-in, the toilet seat wasn’t installed, it was just sitting loose on top of the stool. They asked at check-in if I wanted housekeeping during my 3 night stay, and I said I did on the second full day. When I got back that day, no housekeeping had happened. When I asked for fresh towels and why housekeeping didn’t come, I was told that I must’ve had a do not disturb sign on my door. “The elevators weren't working and the only quiet room was on the third floor. Had to carry suitcases by hand. The room was old, in need of some bathroom calking, black mold underneath the old one. The breakfast did not carry any tea or decaffeinated coffee. The buffet restaurant they recommended, next door, looked like a free for all, dirty sticky tables and chairs. Not sure the all food was safe or eatable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“What was good? Not much. It started with giving us the wrong room. I paid for a room with 2 queen size beds and instead the room had a 1 king size bed. Luckily they did have a room with 2 queen size beds. The beds were not comfortable, the mattress way to soft. The shower rod wasn't attached to the wall correctly. The continental breakfast, better get there early because the food is pretty picked over what is left is cold. Good luck finding someone to replenish the breakfast bar. The property...

“Our room needed a new mattress. The king mattress had springs pop when we moved. Hips hurt a bit. Overall great place and great staff. 5 stars if they get new mattress. ”

“The pillows were a bit lumpy but the bed was comfortable enough. The doors tend to slam behind people which is disruptive to anyone who is sleeping at the time. Otherwise it was a good night's rest at the end of our vacation and journey home.”
