“Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers....

“The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

“Simple and clean, but the idea that this sleeps 4 is really pushing it. There was only 2 of us, so it was ok, but the “couch” is a cubicle type couch that opens in to what can roughly be called a double bed. There were no sheets for it, but the owner did respond right away and brought one flat sheet. He told us fitted sheets don’t fit the couch. It’s a decent place, but we stayed in 3 other places for much less that were much better. This is not worth what they charge a night.”

“We had a family weekend trip at this amazing river hutch and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of space for our family of 9. We used the kayaks and brought our own too for a lovely river ride. The fire pit was lovely and we spend a lot of time on the double decks. It was in a perfect location for our day trips to Mackinaw Island, St Ignese and Mackinaw City. Thank you for a lovely adventure we definitely would come back to stay again!”
