Trevligt hotel. Poolområdet hade få stolar till besöksmängden. Många hoppade i vattnet utan att duscha.

Great location and very convenient stay
Very comfortable stay, big room and very comfy bed. Great location, close to walk to the Mall area and South bank. Only 300 metres to Central station where you can take the train to airport and Gold Coast.

Mycket bra hotell nära floden i Brisbane
Bra och tyst rum med stora sängar. Fantastisk frukost. Gångavstånd till piren längs floden i centrum med alla restauranger och barer och nära till botaniska trädgården. Bra wi-fi (men mot liten avgift). Familjen A. på tre pers.

The front line manager lady was so rude and unprofessional. I have never seen anyone with that bad behaviour in a front line job. The receptionists both at night time and day time were good. I don’t know how they are still smiling with this arrogant manager around. When I was talking to her she didn’t even bother to look at my face but looked somewhere and tried to avoid the conversation. I asked her if it is possible to change the booking to a different date due to my appointment date at the hospital got changed. When I asked the receptionist over the phone she said it’s not a problem. When Expedia contacted the hotel, they denied. So I want to talk to them in person. She knows that I am a doctor as I explained about the situation. To my horror, she said she also got a medical degree (not related to the topic or her job), knows which appointment can be changed or not. She said she will never book her room via Expedia and it’s people like us always try to book rooms on a cheap price. She should have just said a “No” but she chose to humiliate in front of everyone. I am a gold member and the discount is for all VIP members. I didn’t opt for that discount, as for me the top priority is a nice, clean hotel with 4 or 5 stars rating. I told her I am not asking for a refund or demanding the cancellation or change over, all I am trying to do is having a conversation and explaining the situation. She said repeatedly she will never book via Expedia and doesn’t care now.

The hotel was modern and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It's in a great location. The free mini bar on in the premier room was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved the city views from our room. The Aircon worked perfectly in the humidity. I particularly loved the tiny attention to details in the amenities in the rooms. Highlight was the ability to leave our luggage in storage between our visits to the hotel 10 days apart.

The slight height difference between the carpet and the bathroom and if I hadn't been careful, I could have easily slipped. Additionally, one of the staff members accidentally charged us for 5 breakfasts instead of the 3 we had.

Great renovated hotel, with massive rooms, would happily stay again. Only minor things could be improved. Like a big bottle of shower gel rather than 1 x 30ml per day for 2 x people, for the lobby bar area to be revamped, and the third lift on the right snapped shut way too quickly (without me being delayed for even a second) and hit my arm.

Easy walk from Central train station and into Queen St Mall. Fast efficient check in. I was given early check in as a room was ready at no extra charge. Very clean, staff excellent. Room good size, very comfortable and well presented. With all you need. Only freeview channels and signal dodgy. But this seems to be case wherever you stay in Australia. Safe and quiet.

The staff on entry were absolutely amazing, friendly, polite, very accommodating, it was a very hot humid day and at reception we were handed ice cold water etc. They couldn't do enough to make sure we knew the best places to eat, see and get around, a very personal cheerful pleasant greeting. The motel was clean easily accessible & close to everything especially the main train station so it was easy to catch the train to the airport.
