- Fully Equipped Kitchen with crockery sets, utensils, an oven, kettle, microwave, electronic stove-hob, dishwasher, and more.
- Basic cooking supplies provided, including oil, salt, and pepper.
- Complimentary coffee and tea, plus seasonal or festival surprises if you visit at the right time!

Linens, towels, and essentials are provided, with extra supplies available upon request at no extra charge!

- One Master Bedroom with a Double Bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower (no bathtub).
- One Guest Bedroom with a Double Bed.
- One shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub combo.

For families, we can provide a port-a-cot and/or high chair free of charge. Please let us know in advance to arrange this service!

❤ In-Unit Laundry ❤

Convenient laundry facilities are located on the balcony area, with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack provided.

Please note that this is short-term accommodation. The tea, coffee, milk, snacks, washing powder, toilet paper, and other consumable items included are part of a welcome pack typically sufficient for three to five days. For longer stays, you may need to replenish these items as they will not be specially delivered.

Additional Information:
- The large building wheelie bin is located at the front entry of the building. Guests will need to walk outside to dispose of rubbish.
- The allocated car park space may be small for larger vehicles; feel free to use the visitor parking spaces, which are larger and more accommodating.
