PLEASE CLOSE ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS EACH TIME YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT. WE HAVE BEEN SURPRISED SVERAL TIMES BEFORE BY UNEXPECTED STORMS AND THE APARTMENT GOT WET.

FURNITURE Any furniture taken outside temporarily for seating must be taken back inside at night and not left outside during the day if you are out.

Washing Machines & Clothes Dryer are provided in the laundry as well as an external clothesline at the back of the building.

No Smoking - Strictly no smoking inside the house or the balcony.

No Parties or Events - We cater only for the exact number of guests on the booking.
