SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $800 may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible subject to availability. Fees may apply. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before, if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. Fees may apply.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don't have to worry - see house rules for the details.
PETS: No pets allowed at the property.
LOCATION HIRE / FILM SHOOT AVAILABILITY We are happy to discuss your requirements. All photographic shoots of any kind must be discussed with us prior.
WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS Please message to enquire about this function of the property however in respect to our neighbours we are not able to accommodate an event.

Please respectfully discuss your requirements with us if your intention is to book Thornclyffe House for personal /commercial social media collaboration. Thornclyffe House Policies: Your respect for our Neighbours and peaceful community is appreciated. Strict no party policy! No Pets. Quiet hours are strictly between 9pm and 7am. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. Any fobs not returned or lost will incur a replacement charge of $800. Failure to comply with the building waste management instructions (no Glass in the chute) will incur additional cleaning and removal charges. No Alcohol allowed in the pool and other common areas Adherence to strict parking instructions to avoid having your vehicle towed without warning.
