The property is a holiday accommodation unit in a private building. as it is not a motel it does not have facilities like staffed onsite reception or room service. these details and applicable credit card surcharges are advertised on the websites and in our initial e-mail to you. The initial email gives guests the option to avoid credit card fees with the use of internet banking directly to our trust account or even cash upon arrival if you prefer.
