Please note the unique layout of the home: While all bedrooms are part of the same property, they are not directly connected internally to the main kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Guests will need to step outside via covered external walkways to move between the living space and the bedrooms.



Each bedroom has its own private entrance, with most bedrooms accessed via individual keyless keypad entry. The Caretaker's Lodge is the only bedroom accessed using a physical key.



This unique design offers added privacy and is ideal for larger groups.

For a seamless self check-in experience, the home is equipped with a keyless entry system. Your unique access code and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you approximately 6 hours prior to your arrival.

No parties or events: This is a quiet residential cul-de-sac, so we ask guests to respect our neighbours at all times

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home

Pets: Pets considered on request

Security: The property is fully fenced, however children should always be supervised

Keyless entry: A unique access code will be provided before check-in and deactivated after your stay

Cleaning: Please leave the home tidy and as you found it; excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee

Bins & waste: Instructions will be provided in the house manual for bin collection days
