“Very clean”

“The pictures on the website were outdated pictures and did not represent the actual current state of the hotel. During our stay, noises from the room above us was very loud. It felt like the ceiling was going to collapse. Continental breakfast was as expected and staff was friendly. Important note: I don't invest time writing reviews when I travel, but felt others should be aware of this information before making their plans or reservations for this hotel. ”

“Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration…”

“Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out.”

“There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....
