“We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. “The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. “Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. “5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

“The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!”
