“Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between one of my babies legs, proceeded to rip the bedding apart to get the tack and found a large brown stain on the comforter. Eventually got all that bedding changed and then got them to move our room...

“When we got there and checked in we found out the boilers were down. Because of the long weekend no was able to come and fix the boilers. So no heat. We did receive one portable heater to keep the unit warm. The management was excellent in helping us to get a couple of more portable heaters for our unit. With the heaters the unit was warm and cozy. I give praise to the management for helping with the no heat situation. Communication was easy. Thank you.”

“Nous étions 4 golfeurs pour un séjour de 7 nuits. Nous avions loué cet appartement ainsi que le 202b. Les 2 appartements combinés ont rencontré nos besoins (déjeuner et souper). Le logement est situé près de l’aéroport et de 2 terrains de golf. Sauf pour les toilettes et la cuisinette, l’appartement est complètement recouverte de tapis assez récent et propre.
