We invite you to a stylish modern studio in the center of Brno. Quiet environment, paid parking space in the building’s courtyard, fully equipped apartment. You’ll find everything you need to have a relaxing, undisturbed stay. Center of Brno is about 5 minutes walking distance.

The Space:
We invite you to a modern apartment in the center of Brno. You can use the paid parking right behind the building. The apartment has a cozy big kingsize bed. A fully stocked kitchen is available for your needs. You will not be bored thanks to a new TV with Netflix and 180 local channels. The blinds can be completely shut to ensure maximum privacy.

Guest Access:
Both the main entrance and entrance to the apartment can be accessed via a smart lock. You will receive your personal code after the reservation is confirmed.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located very close to the city center of Brno. The area contains numerous cafes, shisha lounges, restaurants and shops, which you can visit while exploring the historic part of the city, which has a unique and authentic atmosphere.

Getting Around:
The Moravske namesti public transportation stop is conveniently just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, you'll find an array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance in the city center. Parking options include street parking or parking in the IBC center located behind our building, both options are paid parking. Rest assured, the apartment will be prepared to ensure you feel right at home. Should you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Best decorating award goes to…
Radim’s property in Brno was just wonderful. The location across from a park and less than 10 minute walk to the center and just about any tram to get anywhere was perfect. The road it’s on is quite busy but the traffic dies down after dark so was not a disturbance. Radim consistently responded to all my messages within a few minutes before and during my stay. As others have said, the apartment is decorated so nicely. It’s small but at the same time just the right size - there was plenty of space for two weeks worth of work and play clothes as well as hooks, shelves, and a drawer for toiletries in the bathroom. I could have used a bit more cupboard space in the kitchen for food but I moved the plates around and made due. The microwave/oven, fridge, and washer/dryer were high quality and worked great. The water pressure was outstanding. Last but not least, this property wins the prize for best lighting game of anywhere I have ever stayed in all my 35 years of travel. I counted ten different lights in the main rooms, all different warmths and intensities. I felt right at home being able to choose lighting for my mood and activity. In such a small space it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend for any length of stay in Brno!
