“My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.”

“Room was listed at $80 but I paid $112. A little bummed that they charged $10 for parking when everyone basically has to drive to Manitou Springs. List the room for $90 and parking is included! Also AC unit was SO noisy!! Had to completely turn it off. Otherwise the room was fine. I was there for about 12 hours.”

“Good hotel and very friendly and helpful staff, well done! It is a bit older hotel but in general fair and ok. The location was very good for us as we were there on holidays and all major tourist places close by. Can recommend this hotel.”

“Nice stay”

“Best night of our honeymoon trip! The facility was immaculate and definitely recommend the hot tub at sunrise! Staff was so friendly and accommodating!”

“Good place if you are staying for a week or so. Room starts off pretty bare bones but can get everything for your kitchenette”

“Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.”

“Love the unique character and design. Everything you need for a weekend in the Springs!”

“Breakfast staff and food was awesome. Shuttle driver listened and accommodated a couple requests and front desk was very pleasant. Things to note, the mattresses in our room was soft and needs replacing and the toilet was so low to the ground I felt like I was falling onto the toilet.”

“Outdated, rooms need maintenance”
