“We were there to attend the TSO concert next door at the Broadmoor World Arena. We had hoped for early check-in but no rooms were ready. Alicia locked up our bag for us and allowed us to park in the hotel lot while we attended the concert. When we returned, check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, although I would have liked some kind of jam other than grape, and there was no salt or pepper set out. All in all, a very nice stay. ”
