“TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on...

“A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!”

“Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun.”

The pillows were not comfortable for me but my husband had no problem with them. The sofa in the living area was comfortable as a sofa but we did not use it as a bed. Overall, a good stay. ”

It was glaringly apparent as we walked into the elevator elevator, walked down the hallway, and got to the room, that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority.
