“The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.”

“This 1 star review couldn't be lower. Do NOT stay here. This place is disgusting and not accredited by the BBB (F Rated). Bathrooms had pubic hair and rust, trash not emptied, dirty beds (sheets not washed), and mold everywhere. Just absolutely horrendous. I didn't think it was possible these places still exist. You've been warned.”

“this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. ”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. “It was surprisingly clean and very large rooms. Bartenders by the pool were not interested in being there. Front desk were efficient but when we arrived early for check in they would just give canned answers and weren’t interested in helping or providing personalized customer support. But honestly would still go back because the music venue is great and so were the rooms.”
