“The Lodge is NOT at Cliff Castle Casino—something they don’t make clear. We waited nearly an hour to check in, only to find out our room was in a separate building. When I asked where it was, the staff just said “800 feet away” and pointed, clearly annoyed. No map, no directions, no explanation that the lobby there was closed.
