“The place was very clean and smelled great, and is family friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone . It’s close enough to the springs and not crazy far from the beaches . The host is very well mannered and answers fast. If you are thinking about booking this place , it’s a must !”

The entire house was very clean!!!”

There was 5 of us (4 being girls) and only 6 towels/ washcloths. Communication with host was excellent from before, during, and after our trip.”

The living area was large, open,...

“Great location for all of the Gainesville area. The condo was clean and well furnished. Excellent communication from the owner made it an enjoyable stay!”

“The townhouse is located close to everything, had plenty of space for our family of three, and was pet friendly! Although the Gators lost regionals, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone coming to Gainesville and needing a great place to stay!”
