Gårdshotell i Brookesmith

“Very easy access to room entrance . AC works well. Room was clean. Over all good for the price.”

“The room key would not work and once the staff finally let us in the room there was a sock on the floor and the bed had white crust on the covers. After requesting a room change because the room was obviously not cleaned then the next room the lamp shades and curtains were covered in what looked like mold and roach droppings. When this was brought to the staffs attention they were extremely rude and did not want to refund my stay and locked themselves in the office and would not speak to me....

“Greeted upon arrival. Front desk staff was very helpful! Check in & check out was very smooth.”
