“This was our first time staying on a working farm. Our kids had a blast and really loved feeding the goats and ducks, as well as sledding. The bungalow was comfortable and the loft was a favorite for our son, who enjoyed climbing the ladder. The fresh eggs were much appreciated, and the duck eggs were truly delicious. Thanks for a great weekend.”

“Pros: Checks all the boxes: accurate listing, close to Sugarbush, hot water when you want it, good hosts... no frills, what you need. Master bed seems new and comfortable. Good kitchen, etc. Cons: We had a heating issue... arrived to quite a cold house that took hours to heat up, and no heat working in the upstairs bedrooms when it was 6 degrees outside. so our first night was not fun at all. To the hosts' credit, they were quick to respond and worked on a solution. Mattresses on the bunk bed...

“We enjoyed our stay at this classic VT farmhouse. Our family and friends found it very comfortable and relaxing. Our dog loved it as well. We took advantage of the wood stove (had to get some kindling and newspaper to get it started). Maybe think about getting a few more knives, forks and spoons. We had 8 for a couple of nights and used all 8 provided. Loved the location. Nice uphill walks and just a 6 minute drive to Sugarbush pkg lot. All in all a great week. Would come back here...

“Hygge House lived up to its definition. It was cozy with a warm atmosphere in which we felt very content and safe. It's location to Sugarbush skiing was ideal. Our family enjoyed skiing there daily.The entire house was wonderful but the kitchen was ideal!!Whether it was the appliances, utensils, dishes, glassware or the washer and dryer all exceeded our expectations. The fireplace/heat source in the kitchen was interesting and radiated comfort for sure. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed...

“The house had plenty of light, both from windows and fixtures, and a beautiful, peaceful location. Appreciated the tasteful decor and thoughtful choice in dinnerware and appliances. Also appreciated the selection of fragrance-free, natural soaps, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, etc. We can't wait to come back.”

“Perfectly nestled in the wooded mountains. Totally secluded, with no other visible houses, even in the winter. The layout and decor feels very modern, but comfortable; with a ski theme throughout. The kitchen is well equipped. This would be a perfect rental for a ski/snowboard trip as there’s plenty of room for gear and a great basement entrance to take your boots off. The hot tub seemed very well maintained and was ready upon our arrival. The star gazing from the tub was superb!”
