“Had a lovely stay at this home. Nice amenities, comfy beds, private back patio. Location was perfect for our trip.”

“Erica was very communicative and helpful. Very cozy with a great location.”

“I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests...

“Great house and great host!”

“Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend.”

“Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!”

“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. There was...

“Great location to the beach, owner was extremely nice. My family had a great time.”

“Duane and Eva are exceptional hosts who care about the details... Their home was clean and comfortable (and so much fun) with extra touches that made for a most memorable stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the house was set for it, with little bday shoutouts in the living room and master bedroom, plus all the amenities you could ask for. Cooking, entertaining and relaxing were easy; the property is fit for adults and/or their children. A one-night stay wasn't enough to do all...
