“Great little cabin close to the activity of Acadia and bustle of Bar Harbor, but seemingly miles away from anywhere! Two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the living/dining area nice for just unwinding at the end of the day. There is a fire pit area too that looked good for relaxing in the evening, but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. ”

“When we arrived at Camp Tinker, we immediately noticed the pleasant and welcoming smell. Everything was very clean and the place was stocked with everything we would need for our stay. In addition to having laundry pods stocked, they also had dishwasher pods, and all the necessary cookware if we chose to cook. “A cute little cottage that was clean and convenient. It was a little over a half an hour drive to Acadia, and about ten minutes into downtown Ellsworth. My kids appreciated having their own bed. The host was quick to reply to messages, and check in/out was very easy. It isn’t a luxury cottage, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The photos are very accurate. The bathroom had plenty of towels, a good hairdryer, and a 3-1 body wash. Bring your own shampoo, or it was cheap to purchase...

“The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!”
