Wild and serene wooded paradise 20 mins from the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park & River!

The Masaryk Winery within 1 mile featuring with Live Music & U-Pick Fruits and veggies! Winery offers food and beverage Friday, Saturday and Sunday (don't forget to check out the baked goods)

This is the REAL Florida! Beautiful Oaks, Bamboos and a plethora of other exciting floral!
Wild deer, turkeys and peacocks are regulars here.
Horses on property, you can book barn time upon request.
Great Retreat Space.

Big Oak @ WFL Event Ranch is a House with two apartments on a 20-Acre Private Horse Farm.

20 Acres of pasture and woods .

Exterior laundry room.

Do not enter any fenced or gated area.
Our neighbors have ponies, donkeys, alpacas, and goats. Please do not feed or touch the animals. Enjoy the view from our side of the fences.
Wild Oaks is our home away from home. We don't get to stay often so we are proud to share it with you.
Please keep in mind we are not a hotel and we are not fancy. The driveway is long and the area is wooded. Our home is professionally protected from pest however, farmhouses in Florida can be welcoming to critters at certain times of year. Be mindful of food and place trash in receptacle.

We may have horses or other animals at the on-site stables or pastures. Please respect the boundary unless with a Guide.
We are making improvements to the property so please remain within the rental area and excuse our project sites and dust.
We welcome feedback as we work to improve this experience.

We aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for you. Come Adventure with us!

Wild Oaks "Big Oak" . Our home is furnished simply but comfy.
We are not fancy. If you enjoy camp life this is for you! We have window units and/or space heaters. No central AC. We are on a well and recommend bringing bottled water.

This is our home away from home. Some of our personal things may be present.

We may not be able to accommodate all needs.

This house is located on the back side of property behind the host house.
Follow signs down long drive to "BigOak" towards the back tree line.

It was OK

Kim was very helpful with trying to find the place. The place was fairly clean. The one thing that really upset me is does not look as shown in pictures.

Pardon Our Dust

Property was undergoing repairs from a major flood. This was not disclosed in the listing. The Unit smelled of mold, the ceiling fans had impacted dust on them. Some of the furniture was damage. There was rust and mold on the refrigerator. Light fixtures had hundreds of dead bugs in them. Back yard was trashed and could not be used as pictured. Decking was trashed and posed safety issues.

The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The property is large and tucked away from the busy streets. We enjoyed camp fires and cooking on the patio at night. We had nice conversation with the guests staying in the room next door.

Amazing country escape

This property is exactly as described in the listing. The hosts are wonderful, house is clean, and the property is amazing. It’s a great escape from the city. I’m in love with their horses. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Quirky but cute

Location is far enough that it's gave the quiet serene feeling we were looking for. We even got to see firefly's for the first time since we were all kids. The road leading to the house is unpaved so please be careful. The property manager stayed on property near by in case we needed anything. Apologies if we watched movies to loud.
