“My family (3 teens & myself) stayed 4 nights here. We spent 3 days on the river, then went to Honeymoon Island on the 4th day. The house is well-equipped with river gear, bedding, and new appliances. We easily made breakfast and snacks with the utensils and kitchen items on hand. The only thing I needed to buy were Kleenex and laundry soap, but that's to be expected. The host had everything from throw blankets to sun hats and oscillating fans ready to use. “Great house and host. On the second day ac stopped working. I called the host and within 30 min maintenance was there fixing the problem Only drawback 9 people( 5 of them female) and 2 bathrooms. Close to weeki wachee, tarpon spring and boatrentals”

“Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!”

“Wonderful stay! Such a great location to access the Weeki Wachee River. We kayaked everyday of our stay and saw beautiful manatees and porpoises. Owner is quick to respond. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and the dock and looking at the canal. Rental was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“The property had everything you needed on site! We only needed to supply the food! Our kids and grandchildren loved swimming. We even had a manatee come to our dock almost every day! It is by far the best property that we have stayed at. I have never seen Florida in that way. Now I understand what Old Florida means. Absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning.”

“Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.”

“We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!”

"AC dånade samt riktades mot kroppen när man låg i sängen. Trångt om man har stora väskor och ingenstans att hänga upp kläderna. Badrummet saknar möjlighet att hänga upp använda handdukar och ingen fläkt som suger ut fukten. "
