A car or hired transportation is needed for getting around and from the airport to your getaway if you're flying.
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras only. This is to protect our guests and property, as well as aid in self check in. The cameras are not monitored on a continuous basis.
GUIDELINES RULES AND POLICIES - expected of all our guests.
ALL RIDERS:
- NO vehicles are allowed in any of the Moto Ranch roped-off fenced areas.
- Only idle speed is allowed on Moto Ranch grounds at all times.
- Riders must have a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass on their off-road vehicle to go outside of the Moto Ranch fenced private compound.
-The Technical Riding Area in Croom is a motocross track open Fri-Sun, weather permitting. There is an extra $10 charge to ride that track. If you would like to do so, you will need to go to the Croom gatehouse to scan a QR code to buy the pass. They will give you your wristband.
- Riding hours are from dawn to dusk.
MOTO RANCH HOUSE RULES:
- NO additional Day Guest(s) unless pre-approve by Host, and paid for by the reservation holder prior to their check in date.
- No Parties or events allowed unless booked through our Moto Ranch Events listing.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.
- NO DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (No exceptions will be made, including having a medical card)
- Dogs only are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee paid prior to stay. A maximum of 1 dog.
- Guests must keep their pets in their fenced area, and clean up after them before checking out. If outside the homes/trailers individual fenced area, pets must be on leash at all times.
- The pool is NOT included with the Chinook Helicopter reservations,
- QUIET HOURS: after 11 P.M.
- Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.
GENERAL RULES:
- Please keep all gates closed at all times.
- Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster at the main road.
- Please dispose of all used oils and mechanical fluids in the receptacle located along the fence line at the north end of the Graffiti Storage Container.
- Please extinguish fires in the fire pit by 10 P.M.
- NO FIREWORKS ON PROPERTY
- NO FIREARMS ON PROPERTY
- WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSING OTHER GUESTS OR DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE BEHAVIOR.
ADDITIONAL DAY GUESTS OF RESERVATION HOLDER:
- The Reservation Holder is the individual who booked their Moto Ranch stay/reservation via the Aribnb or VRBO platform.
- Day Guest(s) are guests not included in the reservation holder’s platform reservation, and may NOT spend the night on Moto Ranch property.
- Day Guest(s) hours are 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
- A maximum of two (2) Day Guests, not included in the reservation holder’s reservation, will be permitted on property, at any time, as additional Day Guest(s) of the reservation holder.
- Day Guest(s) must be pre-approved by the Host.
- Day Guest(s) pre-approval includes the Day Guest(s)' full name, on-road vehicle make/model/license plate number, and off-road vehicle make/model information.
- Day Guest(s) information must be provided to the Host PRIOR to the reservation holder ’s check-in date, via messaging on their booking platform.
- Additional Day Guest fee of $50.00 per additional pre-approved Day Guest/per day, will be charged to the reservation holder via their booking platform. (additional Day Guest fee charged after check in is $75.00 per Day Guest/per day)
- The reservation holder is responsible for ALL Day Guest(s) invited to the Moto Ranch property by the reservation holder.
- The reservation holder is solely responsible for informing their Day Guest(s) of ALL Moto Ranch and Croom Motorcycle Area rules, is responsible for their Day Guest(s) adherence to said rules, and all liability arising from their Day Guest.
Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the Moto Ranch property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice. Moto Ranch trespassed guests will be banned from the Moto Ranch property for an undetermined amount of time, and no refund will be given.
