Bath towels also were excellent size and quality. The hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating all our needs. It was is walking distance of a few restaurants and yummy ice cream shop. We were not in Bucksport very long but definitely enjoyed our stay.”

A few constructive criticism comments would make the stay perfect! we didn’t get checkin instructions so had to sit in driveway for 30 min calling and texting the homeowners to get code. The basement had a very strong chemical smell (recently cleaned carpets?) so we didn’t use the Bsmt bedrooms. No garbage bags or toilet paper but they dropped some off after requesting. “We LOVED this property!! It is perfectly situated location wise for anything that you want to do in the Acadia and Bar Harbor area. The property was very clean and adorable. So many nice extra touches like the coffee bar and the snacks! There is a great amount of land to walk the dogs on (just not fenced). It seemed like an incredibly safe area, even walking at night.
