“Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.”

“Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. This spot is perfect for anyone exploring RiNo or downtown.”

“The unit was not cleaned when we checked in. Bed was not made, trash left all over, bathrooms had dirty towels. We sent photos to the manager who sent a cleaning crew out and offered a partial refund on our cleaning deposit. Still waiting on the refund and they do not reply to my inquiries. ”

“Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. ”

“This is a nice, clean, and spacious property. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen has updated appliances. Comfy beds. If I could give “4.5 stars” I would for a few minor things. It’s hard to tell what door to go through at check-in. It’s unmarked and in the right… then you’ll find the apt door. Traffic gets noisy at about 7:30 am, so we used a sound machine. Otherwise, this is a great property, and we’d stay here again. ”

“Great condo and neighborhood. Condo was well appointed with modern decor. Area felt safe and walkable. Zuni street is an up and coming hot spot with plenty of cafes and breweries within walking distance. Downtown Denver is close but a 30 minute walk. Easy uber trip. Our host JZ vacations was very responsive and accommodating. ”
