âAvoid this hotel at all costs. They dont offer the booked twin rooms, the staff are rude and the keys dont work and have to be recharged several times a day. Never ever book this.â
âNice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect.â
âCheck in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help
Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice
