“This is a free-standing auxilliary unit in the backyard of a restored bungalow.Very charming. It is small, with one bedroom, and a couch that was comfortable to sleep on but does not open up into a bed, so it is really set up for a couple, or a single and a friend, rather than a family with children.The bathroom is new and the shower great. “Every thing was ok the first night, the second day and night we had no air conditioner and we were very hot and uncomfortable. The 3rd day we were very hot and that night we were freezing because of the wiring we couldn’t adjust or turn down the air conditioner making it very cold and uncomfortable again ”
