An impressive estate in Fiorini near Novigrad stretches on 4000 m2 and offers plenty of greenery and shade. A 2-floor Villa Elise with Pool extends on 500 m2 and has a warm interior. Villa can perfectly accommodate up to 8 people and 2 children (until 3 years).
The estate offers everything you need: sun, nature, greenery, peace and relaxation. Villa has a spacious kitchen, comfortable living room, large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a relaxing park view, a large pool with indoor and outdoor parts, a summer kitchen, a wellness area, spa room with a sauna, shower and a gym. Several seating areas in shade will offer you moments of tranquility at any time of the day.
A fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining table. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat TV on one side and a large dining table for 10 people with a flat TV on the other side. The stairs take you to the first floor.
Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a flat TV, air conditioning and a verdant park view.
Large pool has an indoor pool of 18 m2 and an outdoor part of 75 m2. Wellness area next to the indoor part of the pool provides a total relaxation. A sun deck next to the outdoor part of the pool is ideal for sunbathing.
Summer kitchen is equipped and has a cozy dining table. Large garden is perfectly maintained and full of various plants, olive trees and others. Sunny rooftop terrace with sun chairs is also ideal for soaking up the sun.
3 parking places, free Wi-Fi and cable television are also at your disposal. The villa includes an electric car charging station.
Children have a playground, PlayStation, table soccer, table tennis, billiard and trampoline.
The surcharge for a pet is 10€ per day and for the pool heating, it is 250€ per week.
