âSuch a great place to stay. The rooms were big with a fridge and microwave, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was perfect temperature. While the hotel does not have a restaurant in site, you have many dining options just a few steps away. This will be the only place I stay from now on in Reno. â
âWe didnât like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel weâve ever stayed...
âHad an amazing time at the El Dorado. Stayed at a mini suite with beautiful view! Room was clean and spacious. Ate at La Strada Italian restaurant last night, which was so delicious. Atmosphere and service was incredible! Can't wait to come back!â
âWe had a great stay, Maxine is amazing and walked us through everything from getting parked to getting to our room. The rooftop is so fun, we had our kiddos with us and we had a great time playing g games while waiting for the Friday fireworks show to start across the street at the stadium. We will definitely be coming back. â
âThe hotel was conveniently located close to the motorway and an outlet. The room was fine, what you expecit really. There were brown stains on the toilet seat so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, aside from that everything else seemed pretty clean.â

âFor the price and the area the property is a good deal. Property is run down but still clean. Staff was quick and friendly.
It was nice to have the casino attached to the property, cheap, strong drinks and good slots. The hotel is secured from the casino with room key activated entry.
The area has homeless around, but was no issue. â
